We provide a complete tenant find service across Staffordshire. After a free property appraisal and photoshoot, we'll promote your property on various online portals to attract potential tenants.

Landlords can relax knowing we'll handle all the viewings, professionally showing the property to interested tenants and answering any questions or concerns they might have. After the viewing, potential tenants will receive an application form to apply, which simply asks about their ability to afford the property.

We save all applications and discuss them thoroughly with the landlord before moving forward with any financial background checks on the applicants.

After thoughtful selection and thorough chats with both the landlord and tenants, we'll professionally prepare a Propertymark-approved contract and set a completion date that works well for everyone involved.

We handle the deposit and rent through our secure client account, which is regularly checked, approved, and fully protected by client money protection (CMP) insurance. Both tenants and landlords will need to verify their identities to meet all legal requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
