There is a good sized kitchen which is over equipped to make sharing easier, with 2 x microwaves and 2 x fridge freezers between 5. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house.

Great location close to town and Asda supermarket. The house has two bathrooms. Also a courtyard style garden.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house.

The house is fully licensed with the council and meets all quality, health and safety regulations. I take my responsibilities as a landlord seriously and do things properly.
