Price Match Promise – Terms & Conditions
1. General Overview
MPI Lettings Ltd (Company Registration No: 15692653, trading at 5 Lichfield Road, Stafford, ST17 4JX) offers a Price Match Promise to property owners seeking residential letting and management services in Stafford and surrounding areas. Under this promotion, we offer to match any genuine local competitor’s written fee quote, apply an additional 10% discount to that matched rate, and charge 0% VAT.
2. Eligibility & Criteria
To qualify for the Price Match Promise:
Written Proof: Landlords must provide a valid, written fee quote or formal agreement from a competing, brick-and-mortar letting agent located and operating within the Stafford borough area.
Comparable Service: The competitor’s quote must be for an equivalent level of service (e.g., Full Management matched against Full Management, or Tenant Find matched against Tenant Find).
Currency of Quote: The competitor's quote must have been issued within thirty (30) days prior to requesting the price match.
New Instructions Only: This promotion applies to new property instructions or landlords switching from another agency. It cannot be applied retroactively to existing active contracts with MPI Lettings Ltd.
3. Application of Discounts & Tax
The 10% discount applies to the matched fee rate quoted by the competitor.
MPI Lettings Ltd does not add Value Added Tax (VAT) to agency fees, providing an additional saving compared to VAT-registered agencies.
4. Professional Standards & Compliance
MPI Lettings Ltd is fully committed to maintaining high industry standards and protecting landlord and tenant interests:
Property Redress Scheme: We are registered members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS Membership No: PRS048094).
Propertymark Membership & Conduct: We adhere strictly to the Propertymark Rules of Conduct and Conduct & Membership Rules, including obligations regarding Client Money Protection (CMP), professional indemnity insurance, and transparent accounting standards. 5. Right of Refusal & Reservation
MPI Lettings Ltd reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any competitor's quote prior to applying the offer.
The Price Match Promise cannot be combined with any other special promotions or introductory discounts unless expressly agreed in writing.
MPI Lettings Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Price Match Promise promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing agreed agreements will remain unaffected.
